Why I Built This Agency — And Why It Changes Everything for Your Family
For years as a registered nurse, I watched families exhaust their savings, quit their jobs, and burn themselves out caring for aging parents — all while the state of Connecticut had programs set aside to help them. No one was telling them. No one was connecting the dots.
I founded The Cassagnol Agency because I refused to let that continue. With over 10 years of clinical and Medicare expertise, I built this agency to be the bridge — between families who need care and the programs designed to help them. I make the system simple, dignified, and accessible for every family, regardless of income or background.
